Shipping Policy


Please note:  Due to the impact of the COVID19 outbreak, traffic in individual regions, and increased shipping times, your orders may have longer delivery time. Unfortunately once shipments have left our facility we do not have control over its whereabouts or delivery since it is in the hands of the courier. Also, please keep in mind orders typically ship out in  5-7 business days after the order had been placed. You will receive a tracking number in the shipping confirmation and can follow the package that way. We do not offer refunds due to shipping delays or lost packages.

Our goal is to offer you free shipping on most orders and the best shipping options no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

  • Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer processes the orders, which takes an additional 3–5 days.
  • Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. US orders are shipped by e-packet, which is a US Postal Service product. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 10 and 20 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time. International delivery usually takes about 20–40 business days. Please note we ship to  United States, Canada, Australia, United Kingdom, and Europe.
