Return Policy


Refunds

Our refund policy lasts 15 days. We charge a 15% restocking fee on all refunded orders. If it's past the 15th day we will charge a restocking fee of 25% from the total order. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

If you receive a product that you would like to return for a refund, the product must be returned at your expense. Purchases must be returned in the original packaging and must be in a new, unused condition. The original and return shipping charges will not be refunded.  We are not able to refund you the shipping charges as that is a cost we have to fulfill on our end as well.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

Several types of goods are exempt from refunds. Supplements, clothing, footwear and some personal care items are exempt from refunds. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be refunded. 

Additional non-refundable items: 

-Coaching Programs and services
- Gift cards 
- Downloadable software products 
- Some health and personal care items 

To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) 

- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error 

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your refund is approved, we will send you an email to notify you.  
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable) 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
